He made sure to point out things that he considered passable, small concerns and/or a major concern but he also took photo and sent it to my email account in a very detailed booklet with his findings. He also gave me a homeowners maintenance book with DIY items that I can look for and fix on my own. The entire inspection was thorough and extremely well documented. After having lived in the house for an extended period of time, I did not encounter any issues that I was not made aware of during the inspection. Furthermore, Tim not only checked for any potential issue, but was very helpful in teaching my a lot about my house, like with the electrical panel, furnace, thermostat, etc. A lot of time was taken to inspect all the small detials, including outlets and window locks.
